It's the sunspots man! Blame it on something you have no control over!
The city pays to re-paint our fleet of patrol cars 'so they look more modern', but we say "Unit with one at gunpoint your 10-20 was static" occurs more times that we can count. Oh no, its not a problem, I'm sure its just the humidity.
